The Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board will meet on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 9 AM at City Hall (1700 Convention Center Drive, 3rd Floor) and online via Zoom. The board will review two applications:
- 235 Washington Avenue (basecamp305): proposed demolition of a two‑story structure and construction of a new recreation field with a façade recalling the original building.
- 716–720 Lincoln Road: proposed partial demolition and new storefront system moving closer to Lincoln Road.
