COTTAGE GROVE, Wis. (WMTV) – The Cottage Grove Village Board has approved key permits for a proposed indoor and outdoor sports complex, but officials say the project still faces several steps before it can move forward.
The board recently approved rezoning for the property near Gaston Road along with a conditional use permit, allowing the proposed sports facility and outdoor amenities.
The project is being proposed by developer Aaron Kahle. Village President Cynthia Kelm-Nelson said he will still need to go through several steps before construction can begin.
