Led Zeppelin’s Robert Plant makes low-key visit to Paris Hatters in San Antonio

One downtown San Antonio hat shop has been the favorite of celebrities for more than a century, and the countless photos of stars lining its walls are proof. Now, Paris Hatters has a new name to add to the list.

Led Zeppelin icon Robert Plant stopped by on Thursday, March 19, store manager Alex Cortez Sledge told MySA in a direct message. She said, ”He was very nice and was with a group, but didn’t make mention of who he was.”

“We thought he looked familiar but then [Paris Hatters owner Abe Cortez] overheard the group talking and one person mentioned his name,” Sledge said. “I did ask what brought him to town (I assumed it was vacation), but he said he was playing at the Majestic Theatre.”…
