There are days when Andrea Trejo can barely move from the pain of losing her oldest son. Amid the blinding grief, she says she is now faced with a new battle — getting justice.
A Bexar County grand jury no-billed murder and aggravated assault charges March 19 for Paul Flores, 40. He was accused of complaining about noise at a neighbor’s Christmas party and then fatally shooting party attendee Edward “Fatso” Trejo, 29.
“The case was no billed by a grand jury, meaning that they concluded there was no probable cause to believe that a criminal offense occurred,” the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office said in a statement. “Because the case could be refiled in the future should additional evidence be discovered, we cannot provide further comment.”…
