SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — City Utilities customers could see their electric bills rise about $14 a month this summer, driven by higher fuel costs and a previously approved rate adjustment.
City Utilities said the adjustment is needed to recover increased winter fuel expenses and will be spread over the next six months.
