SHREVEPORT, La. – Locally-owned Shreveport restaurants are serving special Dinosaur-themed menu items to help celebrate the dinosaur exhibit now on display at the Louisiana State Exhibit Museum.
Patrick Dennis toured the exhibit and tasted some of the offerings in this edition of The Place To Be With Patrick D. Participating restaurants and their specialty menu items include:
- Bella Fresca: Bayou Steak-osaurus Rex (wagyu beef)
- Dripp Donuts: Brontosaurus Shaped Donuts
- El Cabo Verde: Infladita Azul Fosilizado and Mosasaur Tacos
- Giuseppe’s Pasta Café: Prehistoric Primordial Pasta
- Ki Mexico: Brontosaurus Rib Taco
