(Farmington) A 55 year old white male suspect from St. Louis is facing charges of vehicle theft, resisting arrest, and numerous traffic charges after a high speed chase Thursday afternoon involving Farmington Police Offices. Reports from the Farmington Police Department show officers attempted to stop a white Ford dually a little before 6 pm that was reported stolen from Bonne Terre. Police tried to stop the vehicle at Woodlawn and Bray Road when the suspect failed to yield and sped away. The chase lasted for 14 miles as St. Francois County Deputies joined in the pursuit.
