Hills Feed & More, 595 W. Sloan St., Mt. Vernon, held its annual customer appreciation event Saturday, March 21, marking 10 years in successful operation. The day included sales and free food for patrons of the popular farm supply store. january marked the 10 year anniversary of the business. Owner Scott Hill said that it doesn’t feel like it’s been 10 years at all and he’s been happy to do it.
