(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has issued a missing indigenous person alert for a 34-year-old man last seen at around 7:45 p.m. on Thursday, March 26.
According to CBI, Sean Ian Buis left the area of Monica and Barkman Drives near Astrozon and South Powers Boulevards on foot, leaving his phone behind. CBI said Buis is cognitively delayed and suffers from mental health conditions.
Buis is described as an Indigenous man, 5’9″, 170 to 175lbs with black hair and black facial hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, and black shoes.
