SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — It has been two years since an eastern South Dakota community lost one of its officers.
Moody County Chief Deputy Ken Prorok was hit and killed during a high-speed chase near Colman. Joseph Hoek is accused of striking Prorok on the highway while putting spike strips on the road.
