DELAWARE, Ohio (WCMH) — A Delaware man who had a prior conviction and sentence in a fraud case that was vacated on appeal has been sentenced again on dozens of consumer fraud charges.
According to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, a pole barn contractor has been convicted after defrauding customers of more than $400,000 from 21 total victims across nine Ohio counties.
Ryan Needels, of Marion, he was convicted on 23 of the 51 charges against him, including 21 counts of grand theft, and one count each of telecommunications fraud and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity…
