HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — An Evansville man is charged with animal cruelty after a video showed him kicking a dog multiple times.
An affidavit says a hotel employee contacted Evansville Animal Control after they saw security footage of a man kicking a dog multiple times outside an elevator.
Officials say EPD was then called to assist animal control. Officers arrived at the hotel and identified the man as Thomas Kemper, 25.
Kemper is held in the Vanderburgh County Jail and charged with Animal Cruelty…
