Carolina Commercial, a full-service real estate advisory firm based in Charlotte, has expanded its national footprint in March by opening a new regional office in Evansville, Vanderburgh County, which will be led by the company’s new Director of Leasing, Mishelle Conti. Conti will lead the company’s leasing efforts nationwide.
Conti joins Carolina Commercial from Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company in Evansville. There she most recently served as a Senior Director of Leasing and Managing Broker. In that role, she managed a portfolio of 61 properties totaling more than six million square feet across 19 states. She focused on attracting retail options to Regency’s portfolio of properties, particularly in smaller county seat communities and tertiary markets, aligning closely with Carolina Commercial’s core business strategy.
