FISHERS, Ind. — During a traffic stop in Fishers, a man was found to have been stabbed, according to the Fishers Police Department.
In a statement provided to FOX59/CBS4 regarding this incident, a man told law enforcement during the traffic stop, which occurred on I-69 in Fishers, that he was stabbed in Madison County.
