Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse police shot at a dog that bit a woman Saturday afternoon on the city’s West Side, possibly striking a nearby car during the incident, police said.
Around 12:32 p.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of West Onondaga Street for a report of a dog bite, according to Sgt. Thomas Blake, a spokesperson for the Syracuse Police Department.
