TOLEDO, Ohio — The Diocese of Toledo is moving forward with three new initiatives aimed at restoring and enhancing Our Lady, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Cathedral, following the success of its diocesan-wide Living Christ capital campaign.
Church leaders say the projects will focus on preserving the cathedral’s history while improving the worship experience for parishioners and visitors.
The first project will add the Luminous Mysteries of the Rosary to the cathedral’s narthex ceiling. The five new depictions will complete all 20 Mysteries of the Rosary represented in the cathedral, joining the existing Joyful, Sorrowful and Glorious Mysteries.
