CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (IOWA’S NEWS NOW) — About half a dozen police cruisers were on or around the southbound ramp to I-380 near Quaker Oats in Cedar Rapids on Saturday night after a vehicle chase ended just short of the interstate.
The crash on the ramp happened just before 10:15 p.m.
