Chiefs stadium oversight plan heads to Kansas governor

TOPEKA (KSNT) — Kansas lawmakers have approved a final plan to oversee the new Chiefs stadium project, sending the bill to the governor after a day of debate and negotiations.

The Senate passed the measure 30-10, followed by House approval on a 78-44 vote.
