LINCOLN, Neb. (Nebraska Athletics ) – Max Buettenback’s two-run homer in the second inning provided the early spark and Ty Horn struck out six across five innings to lead No. 24 Nebraska to a 6-5 win against Indiana on Friday night at Hawks Field at Haymarket Park.
Nebraska (20-6, 6-1 Big Ten) scored six runs on six hits and an error, while Indiana (10-15, 3-7 Big Ten) totaled five runs, seven hits and three errors.
