The Elm Grove Board of Appeals will meet on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM in the Court Room at 13600 Juneau Boulevard. The board will consider two variance requests:
- 12795 Green Meadow Place – Jonathan and Susan Robinson are requesting permission for an accessory structure larger than 150 square feet, taller than 10 feet, and located within a setback area.
- 14141 Oakdale Drive – Viri El is requesting a variance to build a pergola larger than 150 square feet within a required setback area.
