Kansas bill creates noise complaint protections for racetracks

PARK CITY, Kan. (KWCH) – Racetracks across Kansas have received noise complaints from people that live nearby.

The Kansas Motorsports Venue Protection act that recently passed through the House and Senate aims to give the tracks a certain immunity to those complaints.
