ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — An officer with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department is accused of shooting a man in St. Louis County after an argument while he was off duty.
Thursday, St. Louis County prosecutors charged 53-year-old Richard Booker with first-degree assault and armed criminal action.
