Caseyville Village Board met on March 18 for its second meeting of the month. Mayor Kent Luebbers appointed Trustee Matt Modrovsky to the Police Pension Board for a two year term expiring May 9, 2028. The majority of the meeting was speakers from the floor.
Dawn Malone addressed the board wanting to create a community garden and was looking for ideas on any village property would be ideal and what she needed to do for approval. Malone said a community garden would promote a healthier and more active community.
