ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A local distillery, Hollow Spirits, located downtown, is moving into the former location of a popular brewery. Owner Frank Holloway says he has always had a passion for people.
“That’s the kind of community we want to bring,” Holloway said. “If you see someone smile, you tend to smile more.”
That passion is why he opened up his business on First and Mountain in 2018, with help from his mom. “What I really love is bringing people together,” Holloway said. “There’s family, friends, those hugs, camaraderie. The food will be great, the drinks will be great, but really, what it is is that family ‘Cheers and Norm’ thing. That’s pretty much everything I do it for is the community.”…
