Skanska’s 25-story office tower in downtown Bellevue, The Eight, has signed two retail tenants.
Chipotle Mexican Grill has signed a lease to occupy approximately 1,877 square feet in a retail pavilion space within the building’s public plaza at the corner of Northeast Eighth Street and 108th Avenue Northeast. The restaurant is expected to open in late 2026.
Sabine Cafe & Bar will occupy about 3,016 square feet in the building’s southeastern retail space along NE 8th St., connected to the tower’s lobby lounge. Sabine is scheduled to open this summer…
