The Lodge Assisted Living and Memory Care in Carson City has opened a Zen Room dedicated as a calming space for residents.
The room previously served as an entryway into the living center for sign-in that has been secured since the pandemic, Executive Director Denise Iwertz said. It now offers passersby an opportunity for reflection if they choose.
