Two adults were wounded by gunfire in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine neighborhood Saturday afternoon in separate incidents that unfolded within minutes of each other, police said. Officers found one victim inside an apartment on East McMicken Avenue, then another on Clifton Avenue less than 10 minutes later. Both were taken to UC Medical Center with injuries described as non-life-threatening, and police said they expect each person to survive while they sort out whether the two shootings are connected.
