Broward Elections Office Launches High School Voter Registration Drive

The Broward County Supervisor of Elections Office will once again partner with Broward County Public Schools, along with select private and charter schools, to host its annual High School Voter Registration Drive from April 1 through April 30.

The initiative is designed to encourage civic participation among students and help them pre-register or register to vote. Officials said the goal for 2026 is to register at least 10,000 students.

“Engaging students early helps build lifelong habits of civic participation,” said Broward County Supervisor of Elections Joe Scott. “Our High School Voter Registration Drive gives students the opportunity to learn about the voting process and take their first step toward becoming active participants in our democracy.”…
