Menlo Park has released the Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed 1005 OāBrien Drive and 1320 Willow Road development. The project includes two new research and development buildingsāone five stories (154,581 sq. ft.) and one four stories (73,817 sq. ft.)āplus a seven-story parking structure with 493 spaces, built in two phases.
Residents can review the Draft EIR and submit comments by 5 p.m. on May 18, 2026.
