Marco’s Pizza is lining up a roughly $1.2 million investment to plant deeper roots in downtown Orlando, with plans for a new office and a hands-on training kitchen that the company says will sharpen franchise training and operational support. The facility is expected to give the chain a fully staffed foothold in the city as it pushes to accelerate store growth nationwide.
As reported by Orlando Business Journal, the investment will cover both the downtown office and the training kitchen, where Marco plans to host classes for franchisees and operations staff. Reporter Patricia Tolley, in a story published today, notes that the company intends to use the space as part of its broader regional support operations.

Marco’s is eyeing more than 80 new store openings this year as it continues to scale, and the company has been signaling a larger strategy focused on training and operational consistency.
