Yesterday evening we were driving down Morse Boulevard between County Road 466A and State Road 44. There was an electric skate board running along the multi-modal path. We slowed a little to track his speed and he was going 35 mph. He was passing golf carts and people like they were standing still. He made sure he had a helmet on to protect himself, but it certainly looked dangerous for anyone else on the path.
I am sure there are great places to do that, like in a hospital parking lot. But not on the multi-modal path.
