The City of Goleta has appointed four new commissioners: Ryan Mitchell, Lizzie Rodriguez, and Adam Schaffer to the Public Engagement Commission (terms through November 2029), and Spencer J. Brandt to the Library Advisory Commission (term through June 2029). Each brings a mix of community service, leadership, and professional experience to their roles.
