Leasing launched earlier this month at 505 Summit, a 53-story residential tower in Jersey City’s Journal Square featuring 605 apartments.
The building offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with rents starting at the $2,700s, according to Panepinto Properties which is handling the leases.
With fees, the prices for a studio start at just under $3,000 for a studio, while three-bedroom units start at $6,350, according to Zillow.
