Gaithersburg, MD (JK) – Montgomery County police have charged a Silver Spring man in connection with a fatal pedestrian collision that occurred last summer.
26-year old Oscar Pedrozo faces criminally negligent homicide charges following an investigation by the department’s Collision Reconstruction Unit.
The crash took place on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, around 10:40 a.m. near Connecticut Avenue and Plyers Mill Road.
