Roeland Park is again offering its ‘Contain the Rain’ stormwater cost share program for 2026. Homeowners can get 50% reimbursement for approved projects that help manage rainwater on their property — like rain gardens (up to $1,000), rain barrels (up to $75 each, limit 2), native tree plantings (up to $150 each, limit 2), native buffers or swales (up to $1,000), and permeable pavement (up to $1,000).
