SPOKANE, Wash. — Construction will be causing detours along East Wellesley Avenue in Spokane beginning Monday.
According to the city, East Wellesley Avenue will be closed in both directions between Freya Street and Havana Street so crews can work on a full reconstruction project.
Eastbound drivers will be detoured at Market Street, north to Francis Avenue, east to Havana Street and south to Wellesley Avenue…
