A second suspect has been arrested and charged in connection with a shooting in east Charlotte that left one man dead, according to court records.
Thirty-three-year-old Antony Jose Ruiz Polanco was charged with first-degree murder of Luis Daniel Gutierrez Mora. He is also charged with felony conspiracy.
