COLUMBUS, Ohio — Retired educators will receive a 1.6% cost-of-living increase on the anniversary date of their retirement, beginning July 1.
The increase was approved by the State Teachers Retirement System board recently. Retired members are eligible for the increase beginning on their fifth anniversary of retirement, said STRS spokesman Nick Treneff.
