DENTON COUNTY, Texas — First responders, including the Texas Game Wardens, are actively searching for a person who may have drowned at Lake Ray Roberts Sunday.
At this hour, the Game Wardens say they are concluding search efforts today with plans to continue Monday morning. The Game Warden Underwater Search and Recovery Team says it has utilized side scan sonar in their search while collecting information for further use.
Lewisville Fire officials are also providing updates on the search. They say the possible victim may have drowned near the boat ramp at the Isle du Bois area of the lake. Lewisville has dispatched mutual aid alongside members of the Pilot Point and Denton Fire Departments…
