Detectives are investigating a shooting after a robbery in the 13600 block of North Freeway near Rankin Road. A man allegedly grabbed a woman’s cellphone and ran. When she chased him, he reportedly fired several shots toward her. No one was hit. Houston Police Department officers responded and detained the suspect without further incident.
