AUMSVILLE, Ore. (KPTV) – An armed suspect was found dead from self-inflicted injuries following an hours-long standoff in Aumsville on Sunday night, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
Just after 7 p.m. on Sunday, deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at 12393 West Stayton Road Southeast. The sheriff’s office said there was an altercation between deputies and 47-year-old Brian Guy Baker that began shortly after they arrived to the scene.
The deputies said Baker shot at them and they fired back, before running out of the home. No injuries were reported…
