ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- An Albany man who admitted that he fatally stabbed another man on Sheridan Avenue is scheduled to be sentenced on Tuesday, March 31.
Anthony Boyd, 36, pleaded guilty in January to first-degree manslaughter. He is set to spend 23 to 25 years in state prison with five years of post-release supervision for stabbing 29-year-old Devin Brevard.
