The incident happened on Saturday, March 28, at approximately 3:21 a.m., when New York State Police stopped a Volkswagen traveling eastbound on Route 20 in the Town of New Lebanon for traffic violations, police said.
The driver, identified as Enmanuel J. Angulo Marquez, 21, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, showed signs of intoxication during the stop. Standardized field sobriety tests were administered, which Angulo Marquez failed.
