A familiar face in the Taft community is stepping into a new role at one of the town’s most familiar restaurants. Pizza Factory has announced that longtime resident Josh Bryant is the new owner of the Taft location, ensuring the hometown favorite will remain locally owned and operated after more than four decades in business.
Bryant, who has lived in Taft for over 40 years, brings deep roots and a strong sense of community to his new role. He currently works in accounting for the Taft Union High School District and also coaches football at his alma mater, where he has spent years mentoring local students both on and off the field.
For Bryant, the opportunity to take over the restaurant was a chance to preserve something that has long been part of the fabric of the town…
