NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — Gary Moore III still faces three charges, including second-degree murder, in connection to the shooting death of 26-year-of Diamante Neal, but a fourth charge was set aside in Newport News General District Court Monday.
Gary Moore III now faces three charges instead of four in Neal’s death, as a charge for carrying a concealed weapon was nolle prossed, because Moore was found to have had a conceal carry permit at the time of the shooting.
