LEXINGTON, Ky. (WDKY) — A Kentucky man who claimed a $167 million lottery jackpot in 2025 is back in custody after another arrest on Saturday.
James Farthing, 51, won a $167.3 million prize in April 2025—the largest jackpot from the Kentucky Lottery since 2009. Since then, he has been arrested multiple times in Kentucky and once in Florida.
Most recently, the Lexington Police Department told Nexstar’s WDKY that officers were called around 7:19 p.m. on March 28 for a reported burglary.
