Caroline’s is here to stay. The pop-up sandwich shop is now a permanent fixture in the North Market, with full-time hours beginning in April, according to a press release.
“Caroline’s has been an incredible addition to the Market, and the response from our community made it clear that this concept needed to stay,” said Rick Harrison Wolfe, executive director and CEO of the North Market, in the release.
Caroline’s Sandwiches, which offers gourmet sandwiches, fresh salads, and seasonal soups all made from scratch, is also the first merchant in an expansion project for the North Market anticipated to open later this year, which will include seven new chef-driven merchant spaces, an expansive bar, expanded seating and gathering areas, and a private event space, according to the release…
