Umi Hotpot Sushi & Seafood Buffet will open April 1 at 1841 West Henderson Rd in Upper Arlington. The restaurant, which serves over 200 dishes daily, offers fresh seafood, sushi, hot pot, and ramen in a fast-casual environment, according to their website.
