A Florida man possessed an arsenal of firearms as a convicted felon.
Frederick Charles Kutchinsky, 54, of North Fort Myers, pleaded guilty to possessing multiple weapons and ammunition while a convicted criminal. He faces a maximum sentence of 15 years in federal prison. The sentencing date is set for May 29, 2026.
According to court filings, deputies from the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Warrants Unit (FWU) went to Kutchinsky’s residence in North Fort Myers to serve an active felony arrest warrant from Georgia.
