RAMSEUR, N.C. (WGHP) — Jamar McAllister, of Plymouth, bought a $10 scratch-off and won a $1 million top prize, according to an NC Education Lottery news release.
McAllister bought his winning 50X The Cash ticket from Ramseur Gas Co on Jordan Road in Ramseur.
